Great location and a very friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Anas Aouni for always being prompt, polite and extremely efficient in answering all of my questions and always providing exemplary and excellent customer service. Highly endorsed and recommended!
I arrived at DYMON in a genuine last-minute emergency, needing to protect and transport a large piece of artwork before moving across the country. Aashi and Donna were absolutely wonderful. They immediately understood the problem, found exactly what I needed and helped me solve every part of it with kindness, patience and remarkable competence.
What could have been a very stressful experience became easy because of them. They were warm, resourceful and incredibly effective. This is customer service at its very best. My sincere thanks to both of them for coming to my rescue!
Best storage facility. Prices are high but you get everything you need under one roof. Employees are wonderful at this location! Shootout to Greg who is always offering a great service with a friendly smile
