Came in a bind, my car was having trouble and needed to continue on my road trip. Boy did I choose the right place to roll into. They diagnosed the problem (bad wheel bearing) right away. It was a Saturday, so they called around for the replacement but everywhere was closed. Then they pulled some strings and got the part. Price was very reasonable, labour was in line with what they quoted, and they had me back on the road right before close. I know I skipped the line, but they knew I was stuck and accommodated. 5 stars, excellent service, and even considering visiting them again with my other vehicle (with an appointment next time.) ;)
I came to get my oil changed and asked if he could look at my breaks. He did 1000000/10 I recommend! They are so sweet and so nice. Best believe I will be coming back! Next time I’m bringing dog treats!
This is the best auto repair shop I have ever been to. Mike and the team are amazing at what they do. They are fast, reliable and most importantly honest. I've had issues with my car for several years and have spent a ton of money trying to fix the problem. Mike was able to resolve the issue and I am so grateful. Dragon Auto will forever be my go-to mechanic & worth the drive from anywhere in the ottawa area!
