“For several months I anxiously waited for my appointment yet on the day, it totally slipped my mind. I received a phone call I had missed my appointment time.Of course I was upset with myself and very apologetic.Expecting to rebook and likely a new waiting time, the receptionist said she had a time available in an hour.I literally ran out the door to not be late.Upon my arrival, I was greeted by friendly staff and escorted to a room for preliminary information.I then was introduced to Dr.Cyr. A lovely lady who explained my issues in great detail of treatment.My norm is generally to be nervous but dr. Cyr made me feel very comfortable and cared for.My whole experience was everything professional and kind, leaving very satisfied!Thank you Dr. Cyr and staff ?“
