Like a lot of people I called this shop in need of a quick repair. At the time I did not know what was wrong with my snowblower and was bracing myself for a big ticket repair. The snow is coming and let’s face it living in Ottawa a snowblower is handy to have. This company was great to work with! The customer service was always wonderful and the pricing was super fair. Despite expecting to wait a few weeks to get my snowblower back, I was pleasantly surprised. I got it back in less than two! I would highly recommend this place for your small engine needs. Fair pricing great customer service! It was a win

My family has been taking our vehicles to Danny Dear since I was a child. I’ve never met a more knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanic than Danny. And he is so friendly a kind. I’ve referred several friends and they’ve all said nothing but great things. Thank you Danny, and Alex!

What can I say that hasn't already been said? These guys (Danny & Alex) are top-notch... super friendly, very professional, sincere, and you can tell right off the bat that they will treat you right. This was the first time I felt good about leaving my car at a Service Centre, knowing that they would do what needed to be done and no surprise extras when I came to pick my car up. For that peace of mind, that is worth a lot. They charge a fair price for superior work. Alex called me before the work started and told me what was needed, along with the price for the repairs & I was happy with what he said & gave him the go-ahead.
