I am a new arrival. I have done a bunch of functional fitness work in the past, but have never joined a CrossFit gym.
It's been a great experience so far! The trainers are friendly, very helpful, and encouraging. The other patrons have been welcoming too. If you're worried about a yelling, screaming gym, this isn't it.
And the workouts have been brutal in a good way! Looking forward to learning more as I go and getting stronger and fitter.
Great community and welcoming to inexperienced members. Consistency and motivation with exercise has never been easy for me, but I’ve been able to maintain a routine for a bit over a year now. Strongly recommend!!
I had never tried CrossFit before and this was my first experience. From the first day the coaches and members made me feel so welcome. The space is very inclusive and supportive and that really stands out. I have been to several gyms over the years and I have never experienced a culture this good. There is no ego and no judgement. Just great energy and people who genuinely care.
The trainers are very knowledgeable and they are excellent at breaking things down for beginners so you never feel lost or out of place.
