Jenny is a lovely lady she takes care of you very well. The thing I think she does best is eyebrows. She always does them PERFECTLY. I feel like a changed woman after leaving her spa. However, she did get my nails back to health! And she always listens to my nail choices exactly. I always get French tips and she does it better than other places downtown Ottawa and also better than places I've been to in Toronto. She also helped me be more confident in using bold colors for my pedicures. Shes always sweet to my son if I have to have him with me during a mani or pedi or an eyebrow wax. ! Such a genuine person. And she works VERY hard.

great service ! super seeet woman! also very hardworking and nine months pregnant! my pedicure was approximately 40 dollars or less! i would definitely say you get what you pay for so do as you wish. but cony is a sweetheart truly!

Spa like tiny shop with lots of plants and a lovely shop owner. It also smells great! No gross acrylic smell at all. An appointment is recommended. I got my gel done and these are my natural nails. I'm so happy with them.
