Hello my name is Sean Graham from Ottawa and I am here to review the services of cnottawa the physiotherapy clinic at 3029 Carling avenue Ottawa. I have been living with and dealing with chronic low back pain since 1985. I had back surgery on the L 4 and L 5 discs in 1987. I have had many reoccurrences of this back condition over the years and I have had to seek out physio therapy in the Ottawa area for some comfort over the years. I have attended many , many different therapy clinics over the years as a result of said condition. I have attended cnottawa physio therapy since June 2018 to present and I would like to say that the cnottawa therapy clinic is second to none with their services. Ramon the therapist is what I would consider a master of his trade . He is very knowledgeable , experienced and sympathetic to your ailments or physical impairments. Ramon is also very professional in his manner and conduct and is well suited for this occupation . Their clinic is clean , welcoming , organised and very professional. Ramon also has and assistant named Esther with an "H". She as well is very knowledgeable and very professional in her approach in dealing with the patients . She is a true pleasure to deal with and she always seems to have a smile she is just a gem . Ramon as well is a pleasure to deal with and Ramon is very proficient at dealing with insurance companies or W.S.I.B. He will handle all the paper work on your behalf which was a pleasure and comfort to me . So all in all the clinic and staff at cnottawa 3029 Carling avenue are in my opinion exemplary and I would easily and confidently recommend this clinic and their services to any and all.
