Colin from Climb Bear Ottawa did an amazing job removing a tall, dying pine tree on our property. He's a knowledgeable arborist who is genuinely interested in his trade. He arrived on time, removed the tree with no damage to any surround plants, despite the tree being in the middle of a small cultivated garden area. The attention to clean up was fantastic -- honestly, there was almost no evidence of his work once he was done (except for the missing tree!). As per our agreement, he left the large logs at our curb, and put out the word they were there for pickup. It was yard waste day, and alas(?) the city crew took the logs. Climbing Bear Tree Service did a great job for us! Professional, reliable, and Todd communicated clearly with us all the way through the process. He also did a great job cleaning up the yard! We would definitely call on Todd again!
