I called Stephen for a tough carpet stain and not only did he get the stain out, he provided a very high level of customer service from start to finish. He was very responsive when I reached out to him, he answered all my questions, and he was able to accommodate me for an urgent appointment. He arrived on time and was extremely professional throughout the service appointment. I will use Clean Freaks going forward for my cleaning needs. I highly recommend this company.
We asked for a quick service to clean a sectional that also needed odour treatment. They were here in a two day turn around and did an amazing job. Sectional is clean and odour free. They are very professional while also being very personable. I would recommend to anyone.
Stephen and Samantha did a great job with our carpets, I'm very happy with the service. They were communicative and courteous, and they got up that annoying stain on the stairs that had been bugging me since we moved in. Much appreciated, will definitely be using them in the future!
