I had such a wonderful experience at Claire’s! I brought my baby girl in for ear piercing, and I was honestly a bit nervous at first—but Malika made everything so easy and comfortable for us.
She was incredibly kind, patient, and gentle with my baby. You can truly tell she has great experience and knows exactly what she’s doing. She handled everything with so much care and professionalism, which gave me so much confidence and peace of mind.
The whole process was quick, clean, and very well organized.

I got my ears pierced at the Claire’s in St. Laurent last Tuesday, and I had a great experience. The store was very busy, but the woman working the counter (a bit tall, glasses, slightly older) was handling everything efficiently while still being incredibly friendly to every customer. She was the only person on staff, so I did have to wait a little for my appointment, but she remained professional and upbeat the entire time. I really admired how well she managed the wave of clients while also giving me a great piercing experience. Definitely appreciate her hard work!
The best place to get a child’s ears pierced! Went in with my daughter and the procedure was quick, professional, and painless. The young female employee doing the piercing was really amazing at making my daughter feel relaxed and comfortable before the procedure. She also responded patiently to all the questions we had about the procedure and post-care.
