I got my ears pierced at the Claire’s in St. Laurent last Tuesday, and I had a great experience. The store was very busy, but the woman working the counter (a bit tall, glasses, slightly older) was handling everything efficiently while still being incredibly friendly to every customer. She was the only person on staff, so I did have to wait a little for my appointment, but she remained professional and upbeat the entire time. I really admired how well she managed the wave of clients while also giving me a great piercing experience. Definitely appreciate her hard work!
The best place to get a child’s ears pierced! Went in with my daughter and the procedure was quick, professional, and painless. The young female employee doing the piercing was really amazing at making my daughter feel relaxed and comfortable before the procedure. She also responded patiently to all the questions we had about the procedure and post-care.
Even with technical difficulties at store opening today and the influx of customers while the employee was working alone the service was outstanding. I was very impressed with the kind and soft approach toward my little girl. She felt very comfortable with getting her ears pierced for the first time. Very professional and took the time to make sure everything was perfect.
