Clément Marchand responded right away when there was an issue with our water heater, and within 30 minutes their friendly and professional service person Jeff came to help out. While the prognosis for the water heater was grim, he helpfully hooked the hose up and showed me how to drain it. I really appreciated his clear communication, friendliness and professionalism and would deal with them again.
