Customers appreciate the professionalism and care of the staff, who make the repair process smooth and understandable. Though appointments may take some time due to high demand, the results of the repairs consistently exceed expectations, making vehicles look brand new. The friendly atmosphere, especially at the front desk, adds to the positive experience of dealing with Carling Motors.
I highly recommend Carling Mazda's Collision Centre. I had excellent service from the day of the quote by Bob all the way to the day of pick-up after the repairs were done. Bohdan went above and beyond his job expectations when I picked my car up! When trying to pay half an hour before closing, my debit card limit was exceeded and Bohdan paid for the remainder of my bill with his card and I sent him an e-transfer. This was so generous and greatly appreciated!
