I joined CSTS just under a year ago now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff greet you with warmth and professionalism. The facilities are always clean, and there’s ample equipment, making every workout enjoyable. The variety of programs keeps me motivated, and the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. The community vibe here is welcoming, and everyone is friendly and focused on their own fitness goals. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and effective fitness environment.

Joining the CSTS family is hands down one of the best decisions I've made for my overall health and well-being. The workouts are dynamic, ever-changing, and ALWAYS a challenge! The coaching staff are not only encouraging and friendly but incredibly knowledgeable. If you are looking to switch things up and find a new gym- this is most definitely the place for you!
