Everyone associated with Bytown Better Bathtubs and Showers was professional, knowledgeable, skilful, courteous, respectful, and punctual (called if they were going to be a little late). The expert advice and patient explanations each person gave me were very helpful. The estimator, project manager, plumber, 3 tilers, and clean up crew were all excellent. The results were fantastic. Everything was well done. The price was reasonable. I felt I got more than I paid for. This would be a good business model to follow. I highly recommend this company. It was a wonderful experience dealing with them.
