This was by far the best customer service experience I've had with any garage. The staff were kind and informative, they went over options with me and helped prioritize what needed to be done with my vehicle. I would recommend this shop to any of my family and friends :)

I cannot say enough good things about this garage. They repaired several issue with a used car that I bought, and always made a list of issues identifying which ones were most urgent. This was a refreshing experience compared to a previous mechanic who pushed for every possible repair to be done straight away.Service with kindness as well -I lived nearby and they even drove me home after I brought the car in so it could be worked on during the day. And they made sure not to call during certain work hours I was unavailable.I have moved away from Ottawa, but if I still lived there I would definitely still be bringing my car here!

I had good expectations coming in and yet was still incredibly impressed.Richard and Vince were very knowledgeable, honest and provided me with an excellent service. Would recommend.
