Our windows got replaced and all of our previous blinds got thrown away, leaving us having to put up sheets etc for the new windows. I was excited for someone to come measure our new windows for blinds, but the older gentleman who came only measured our living room and bedroom windows and didn’t ask about any other windows. We have a new balcony sliding door and 2 other windows in the bathroom and beside it. He was nice!! But didn’t ask if there were any other windows we wanted blinds for. He was in and out and seemed like he was in a rush, as he actually showed up 30 mins before the scheduled time. Was hoping to talk about the new sliding doors at least.
Blind depot fixed our Shadex blind for a nominal price, which we felt was very fair. They also delivered it back to us and installed it the same day, at no extra charge. Though, I offered Cole a monetary thank you, he would not except it. This type of service and integrity is unfounded today. Thank you Cole for all your help.
