I have been going to Billy for almost 20 years he is the indy person I trust with my hair. I have even moved to the other end of the city and always make the trek just for billys services. Best barber in town hand down.

I got Billy’s reference from one of my friend and have been visiting him for haircuts, since the time I’ve been to Ottawa (that’s 4 years ago) and without a doubt, he’s one of the finest in the city. He knows his stuff well and understands what the customer expects. Very reasonable in terms of the prices and provides a great customer experience. Highly recommended.
