Many loyal customers, including families with children, have been visiting for years, praising the high-quality service and personalized attention they receive from the skilled barbers. The shop is known for its cleanliness and respectful staff. Recently, a customer noted that Robbie, a stylist, knows the right procedures and asks the right questions to ensure a good haircut, especially for fine, straight hair. Although one recent experience with a new barber was disappointing due to attitude and poor service, that individual is no longer with the shop. Overall, the shop remains an outstanding place for a haircut with friendly staff and high standards.
Other people really notice the quality of the cut compared to what I had in the past. I will take their word on it since I do not see my own hair often myself. They accomodated what I wanted for the cut and ensured I can be lazy about my hair though, so I give it 5-stars. :)
Good service the store owner is always working and is a great multi-tasker, just wish they werent so expensive as now I go to maestro's in merivale due to same quality and cheaper prices!
If you’re looking for a barber and after just one haircut you’ll never go anywhere else. Bilal (owner) is the nicest person and owner/operator that you’ll ever have the pleasure of meeting. 10+ years of making me feel handsome at an extremely reasonably price.
