We found Back in Balance as we were referred there for our son. Kelly was amazing and the cranial treatments made a huge difference. I then started seeing Dr. Ellard myself, and the difference after years of chronic pain from a neck injury and concussion was phenomenal. I was instantly taller and after a few treatments, found that a lot of my symptoms had disappeared. Great place, nice staff!

I’ve never felt so helped, relieved, comforted, relaxed, and welcomed until I started coming to Back in Balance. I’ve been going back n forth to the hospital with pain and never saw improvement and relief from pain until I started receiving chiro help. It’s amazing what that can do to the body. Highly recommend this place!

The team at Back in Balance has been a friendly and supportive part of my life for 5 years now. Dr Kelly Norman has taken the time and consideration to figure out how to best treat me and my young son. She has some great techniques - such as applying a couple different gentle mobilisation techniques for my neck which have always blown me away with their effectiveness. Once I went in unable to focus my eyes and I walked out with crystal clear vision - and consequently balance! She takes the time to answer all of my questions and recommend practices to do at home.
