I came in with the simple hope of experiencing any improvement to my lower back and neck which were in constant pain.Within just a few visits with dr. Payne, my neck pain diminished substantially. My lower back improved soon after and I was able to walk and sleep better. My constant pain turned into more of a dull discomfort and is still improving with every ajustement and traction session.I couldn't recommend this place any more - I've seldom met a doctor who seems so genuinely invested in his client's quality of life. I never had any issues about becoming a patient at Avant since I have been using Chiropractic services for over 50 years. I wanted improved posture and I achieved that over the time that I have been visiting Avant through weekly visits. Better posture helped ward off other spinal health issues. I would unreservedly refer others to Avant.

I’m a hairstylist and a barber, meaning I have a lot of pain in my neck, head, shoulders and back, due to years of standing for most part of the day, with my arms straight in front of me and my eyes looking down, and I’m often also hunched over at the shampoo bowl.
