The service manager Brandon is excellent at resolving customer concerns and is incredibly patient and professional throughout the process. I've had multiple interactions with this dealership and service center, aside from one less than ideal interaction with a sales agent (i won't throw anyone under the bus) I must say everyone else was a delight to deal with. Matt helped me find a great deal for my mother's red 2025 Q3, he was recommended to me by a family friend and thanks to him we signed for the car my mother had her heart set on. Brendan the delivery specialist showed tremendous knowledge and aptitude with my Q5, he answered all my questions and did a masterful job helping my mom with her new Q3.
