My experience at Arc of Life has been a blessing. I have gone from taking pain medications daily for my back pain to going off them entirely since I started my adjustments.I sleep a lot deeper than I ever have in years and have begun to feel a lot less stressed. All of these changes and many more have happened within a few weeks of adjustment. Dr Pauline and Dr Brent are just awesome. They're kind and genuinely concerned about my progress which is evident in the way they follow up on all the exercises I'm required to do.Macey is a great manager. Can't say enough good things about Arc of life and the People who work there. Dr. Pauline and Dr. Brent really know what they're doing. I feel so much better from my visits. I highly recommend Arc of Life. Its literally life changing.

I’ve been receiving chiropractic care since I was 8yrs (I am now almost 34), this is the best I have felt in care, ever. I have a spinal fracture and soft tissue injuries and was at my wits end with pain and mobility. Within 6 visits, I am walking up flights of stairs without lower body fatigue, I am able to keep my energy and brain capacity for a longer period of time. I feel like I am sleeping better and holding my adjustments for longer.It’s just such a different feeling and style of adjustment than I was used too and I’m so grateful I was referred to Dr. Pauline and Dr. Brent!
