Late post : sep 16 - My kitten tried to bite a fish hook it pierced out of this upper lip/mouth. He was in soo much pain and had to take him to emergency. DR. FEIN SUN was soo kind and very understandable. She sit with and explained each step. Although the service charge was very expensive the service was really great from Dr.Sun. The technicians were also very kind and helpful. Everything went well and we are soo thankful to Dr.Sun
My partner and I had an AMAZING experience at this vet. Highly recommend. The vet was careful and caring, they helped us and our sweet dying cat (Maria) through a very hard experience, and I'm very grateful.
One cool, beautiful Sunday morning in mid-September, our beloved Jax, darn near 20 years old and a real farm cat, unexpectedly had to say goodbye. After a long and tear-filled drive from out of town, we arrived at the hospital and were immediately greeted and comforted by the staff. Skye, in particular, was extremely empathetic, sensitive and caring. Kelly and the rest of the staff that we worked with were also so professional and just incredible.
For such a hard day, this animal hospital really made it as easy for us as they possibly could. True pros here, couldn't have asked for better.
