Great service. Great communication and efficient. I've had to visit them a few times with my old car over the last year & I've never had to wait long to be seen. They are honest about options. Recently got my wipers fixed and was suprised I could drop it off that morning & it was fixed by end of day.

I called in a bit of a panic when my heat shield was dragging. They were able to see me right away. All the staff were very friendly, kind and honest. Everyone took a minute to say hi to my toddler and we were met with friendly smiles. Would definitely go back if I needed a mechanic in Ottawa (I live outside of Ottawa).

These guys were amazing. They fit me in for an emergency brake repair. They were able to get my car back on the road. They mentioned other things that where going to have to be looked at in the next while but the car was safe to drive, and apologized that they didn't have time to do those things the day I brought the car in so I didn't have to come back. The price was reasonable. Great friendly staff. Thank you so much for fitting me in. I so appreciate it.
