Shannon at the front desk was so kind and helpful when I brought my car in to be fixed. I wanted to make sure her boss knew how lucky they are to have someone like her working for them. I always appreciate kind help and Shannon was exactly that. Thank you again!

I have been going to AMS since I moved to Ottawa. They are friendly and reliable. They don't over charge for services and give fair quotes. They also own a yard outside of town to get used car parts if you choose that.

This best auto shop hands down. I tried to call a few different places to get our car checked and Shannon was the most helpful. After I brought in the car, the team took care of looking after everything. This is the only auto shop I go to now even for something like a nail in a tire. Thank you Shannon, Nick, Hussein and rest of the team at AMS Auto. It is very difficult to find an honest shop so I really appreciate how you treat all your customers like a family!
