The folks at Alterations Studio have been my go-to for over 7 years now. Exceptional service, honesty, and high quality repairs and alterations. They've done everything for me from seamlessly patching ripped silk to adding unique straps to a weirdly fitting dress to crafting a perfectly oversized three piece suit for my body type. They love their work and it shows ??
I have been getting various articles of clothing repaired here for a while (some of my jeans are probably more patch than pant at this point). The quality of repairs has always been good, the service timely and friendly, and costs reasonable.
My last repair made me a huge fan. I have some running shorts made from a technical fabric that caught on a tree branch, making a messy tear. When I got the shorts back, I had to do a double take to figure out which side the tear had been on. They fixed the rip to make it look like a new seam was an original detail of the shorts, and matched the fabric and stitching style, which I hadn’t expected for that type... read full review
Very quick and reliable service from Svetlana and her team. I got a bridesmaids dress altered and paid about $180 to have it hemmed. Sweet location on bank and street parking nearby.
