I had an amazing experience at 1Spa4U here in Ottawa and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a professional and high-quality spa. They were able to accommodate me on short notice, which was a huge plus. The staff was welcoming, professional, and clearly skilled in their work. I booked a deep tissue massage along with foot reflexology, and both treatments were excellent. The massage therapist took the time to understand where I needed the most attention, applied the perfect pressure, and really helped relieve my muscle tension. The foot reflexology was equally incredible, relaxing yet revitalizing, leaving me feeling balanced and refreshed.
Went here this past Saturday at the last minute. I have a pinched nerve in my neck/shoulder. CeeCee was amazing. It was the best massage I ever had. She did a deep tissue massage, combined with stretching then finished with hot oil. I was worried bc of the location, it may not be legit. It was and would not hesitate to recommend. I will go back again for sure.
