Recently, the spa has been recognized for its breathtaking experience with a massive outdoor spa that enhances the atmosphere and natural surroundings. This peaceful environment makes it a must-visit destination. Guests have enjoyed great body care and found it to be the perfect place to relax and relieve stress. The float pool has been highlighted as a favorite, providing a chance to unwind completely. While the cold plunge pools received positive remarks, some clients felt that the party infinity pool was too loud for a relaxing experience. I had an amazing experience at 1Spa4U here in Ottawa and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a professional and high-quality spa. They were able to accommodate me on short notice, which was a huge plus. The staff was welcoming, professional, and clearly skilled in their work. I booked a deep tissue massage along with foot reflexology, and both treatments were excellent. The massage therapist took the time to understand where I needed the most attention, applied the perfect pressure, and really helped relieve my muscle tension. The foot reflexology was equally incredible, relaxing yet revitalizing, leaving me feeling balanced and refreshed.

Went here this past Saturday at the last minute. I have a pinched nerve in my neck/shoulder. CeeCee was amazing. It was the best massage I ever had. She did a deep tissue massage, combined with stretching then finished with hot oil. I was worried bc of the location, it may not be legit. It was and would not hesitate to recommend. I will go back again for sure.
