“I am writing this review on behalf of my elderly parents who recently had Brian complete extensive tree cutting services at their home. They were in dire need of assistance, as the neighbourhood raccoons were easily accessing their roof via the large overgrown trees surrounding their house, and causing a lot of trouble. I had recommended Brian, after hearing great things from a neighbour who used his tree removal services a few years back and also after reading the many postive reviews. Brian came over to have a thorough look at the work that needed to be done and provided my parents with a very reasonable estimate (they had met with a few other companies prior who proivded estimates that were almost double). Without hesitation they hired him for the job. Not only were they happy with the price, but were also very impressed with his very friendly, reliable, and trustworthy demeanor. In terms of the work he did and how he did the work, they were both extremely pleased with his promptness, preparedness, his efficient way of working and the quality of his work. It took a few days to complete the job and at the end of each day, he cleaned up the area completely and hauled everything away. If there is ever any work that they will need in the future, we will definitely call Brian and would 110% recommend him to others. While the raccoons caused quite a headache for my parents, the silver lining is that it prompted them to get professional tree work done that was long overdue AND introduced them to Brian, who I'm sure will be helping them with future home and yard projects.“
