Tracey Refrigeration came through big time — they diagnosed the issue quickly, replaced the part, and had everything up and running again in just one day. They saved me thousands by fixing it instead of pushing a whole new rooftop unit. Best HVAC company in Durham by far!
I hired Tracy to install a new furnace and hvac ducts in my place to replace the current baseboard heating. The whole process was very pleasant. They were accommodating and worked with the ideas I had about where I wanted to place the ducts to minimize the amount of ducts visible. They got the work done very fast, in about three days, when it was initially expected to take about a week. What I also really appreciated was that they protected the floor that they were working over by placing down some ram board. I'd recommend Tracy to someone looking for HVAC work to be done.
