This was one of the worst barber experiences I’ve ever had, especially for what we paid. $80 for two kids’ haircuts and the result was completely unacceptable.
I showed ARAM a clear photo of exactly what we wanted, and somehow the outcome was the complete opposite. It felt like the barber didn’t listen at all or simply didn’t have the skill to do it.
My boy’s hair is completely butchered — uneven, choppy, and nothing close to the style we asked for. It looks rushed, careless, and very unprofessional. It honestly upset me to the point of tears.
At that price, you expect at least basic attention to detail and the ability to follow simple instructions. This experience was far from it. I would not recommend this barber to anyone.

I dont get a hair cut too ofter but decided to go all out with this one. Haircut, Beard trim, straight razor on the neck, shampoo wash, the works. What an experience! Friendly staff, hair stylist nailed the look ...and the hot towels, nearly put me to sleep. I'll be back, thanks guys

After 8 years of coming here, today was my last visit as I'm moving out East, and just wanted to take a moment to say thank you. The manager and staff at Tommy Guns in the Oshawa center have always been incredibly welcoming, professional, respectful. It's not easy finding a place that stays consistent over the years,but they have done just that. I'll definitely miss coming here,and if I'm ever back in the area visiting and need a haircut, this will be my stop Thanks again for everything over the years! Dennis
