The process began with Jarrett, who handled the initial measurements and consultation. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to answer my questions by email. Stone River have been really fantastic to deal with. They were helpful when I was inquiring about the windows and provided me the options so I could have the information, the prices and decide the best course of action. I found Don had some very useful suggestions too. I have had seven windows replaced so far with Stone River and I keep coming back because I like the quality of window, it has made the house a lot warmer and a more modern look. The installers did a good job. I would definitely recommend Stone River to those who are looking for a good quality windows, their prices are affordable compared to competitors so I will continue to recommend them.

I purchased my front door from Stone River Windows and Doors in 2013 and to this day I continue to receive compliments from friends and neighbours on its design and quality. Recently, after a severe storm that dropped nearly 60 cm of snow, I experienced an issue where the door would not close properly. While it turned out to be weather related and not a structural problem, I didn’t know that at the time. Sue the office manager immediately arranged for Corey One of the technicians to come out -despite treacherous driving conditions - to make sure the problem was resolved and I could use my door safely.
