They cancelled my appointmemt hours before. I am having a problem in my hands, asked for a medical day in my job but They just do not care. They are kore important than the patience. So they play with your time without any consideration. Poorest care level.
I think it is fair to say that my doctor ( Dr A Kathirkamanayagan ) saved my life - and did it outside of normal working hours. He was reviewing test results and called me at night to advise me to visit the local emergency dept and tell them what's going on.
6 weeks later - the first two spent admitted to the hospital and the last 4 spent at home recovering - i have been able to see him without making appointments at least 4 times. Yes I had to wait - but not more than 30 minutes. I am now under the direct care of specialists for my condition but he stays informed on my case - following test results and has all the time in the world for a conversation and care.

The medical trust clinic never answers the phone in order for you to make an appointment. Their online service for making appointments is no longer available for. Booking use because every calendar is blank except for well child. When they first moved to the shoppers drug Mart Plaza things were improved greatly and now it seems we’ve gone back to the same crap service that was available at Simcoe Street really unfortunate because the family Dr is great.
