After having our eyes checked by our long time optometrist Dr. Jane Tzeng my wife purchased a new pair of glasses. What a great team they have. We are new to New Vision Optical and it was a pleasure dealing with them from start to finish. We dropped in last week as my wife had a problem with small print after three weeks of wearing and all it took was an adjustment by the team to correct it. Thanks again to all.

Went to repair an existing pair. Customer service was phenomenal. Annika & Amy were attentive, courteous and friendly. They went above and beyond their call of duty. Will definelry return and they have a permanent customer with me and my family.

I visited New Vision Optical Inc in January to have two pairs of glasses adjusted, and I left thoroughly impressed.
From the moment I walked in, Jose made me feel genuinely welcomed. He adjusted both pairs of glasses in just minutes — expertly and efficiently — but what really stood out was the quality of the interaction. We talked about frames, fit, and his own fascinating journey through the optical industry. It's rare to feel so personally attended to in a retail setting, but Jose managed to be both highly skilled and deeply empathetic at the same time.
