MY husband and I walked into this store looking for items to build a tent for our toddlers room. We apparently went into the wrong aisle and immediately a super nice gentlemen walked up to us and asked if we needed any assistance . After minutes of conversation he was able to help us and directed us to where we needed to go get the items we were looking for.

After a bad experience earlier today with Rona there were two ladies at the return desk that made my experience MUCH better. One with the employee number 6010618 and my fiancé recalls one whose name was Kaitlyn. A young Brunette and a newer employee with red hair. They took the time to make sure we were not leaving with a damaged product and had it sitting up front. It’s younger employees like this that restore my faith in costumer service. Thanks so much!! You made this girls birthday night that much better. You deserve a raise!

Great store with great staff. I came in to get some parts to fix my toilet and they helped me get everything I needed and were helpful and knowledgeable. Really appreciate it, problem is now fixed and I’m happy!
