This was my first time ordering from Lori's Hearts and Flowers and it was a fabulous experience from beginning to end. Website is nice and easy to order on, got a few confirmations emails to let me know each step of where my order was and how it was coming along and then the flowers were beautiful when they arrived. Very happy customer :)

The shop delivered the flowers as promised, sending a pic of the pretty arrangement ahead of time and then confirming all was delivered. Was a very helpful thing to do as I was unfamiliar with the area and had to rely on good faith to ensure that all went well.

My only issue is when I ordered the flowers on line, I wrote a birthday message to be delivered with the flowers but, my friend got no info on who sent the flowers? No note or signature? I would have liked her to get the message I wrote.
