“I called a million different companies before finding Lucas and his team, the quote was great off the bat. This was my first time hiring a company to do my grass. He communicates very quickly, is very organized and his team comes on time every week just like they said they would. The fact that they are good people seals the deal for me- my grass was completely dead for an entire month, his friendly worker showed up, knocked on the door and basically said there is no point in cutting- since there was nothing to cut. I had completely forgot to text them to not come- but they were honest and didn't do the service or take the money. After a month I called back to schedule bi weekly cuts again, and again I was met with a quick text, and great communication. We wanted the deck and detailing to fit with our old farmhouse, and Steve took extra care to meticulously match the trim work, etc. on the deck and stairs. He was communicative, hard working and everything was left tidy each night. We love how sturdy the deck is and how perfect all the details are. Definitely recommend.“

“We were incredibly fortunate to find Jonathan (Jon) — truly a blessing in disguise. After moving into our 101-year-old home, we quickly realized the 20+ year-old interlocking brick needed serious attention. The front stairs were crumbling, uneven, and discolored, and the pavers in front of the garage had sunk below the level of the garage floor, leaving it vulnerable to water damage.

Jon carefully restored everything. He even went above and beyond by re-laying pavers along the side of our garage where we had installed new fencing. When our landscaper had to disturb part of his previous work to set fence posts, Jon returned without hesitation to fix it all. He pressure washed the entire area, re-set the pavers with new polymeric sand, and left everything looking refreshed and clean.

While the bricks themselves may be older, thanks to Jon’s skill and attention to detail, they now look great and—most importantly—our front stairs are safe again. We also hired him to tidy up our garden beds and apply fresh mulch, which made a big difference in curb appeal.
