I recently had my second appointment with Nikki, and I continue to be impressed. Managing over 40 inches of hair isnt always the easiest, but Nikki handles it with skill and patience. Beyond her technical ability, she was attentive to my high levels of anxiety. I’ve had many past experiences where too much length was taken off, but Nikki was extremely thorough, explaining every step and ensuring I felt comfortable with every decision.

I had an appointment last week with Natalie for a colour correction. She did an amazing job!! I am beyond happy with my hair. She was professional, easy to talk to and took the time during our consultation to understand what I wanted. I would recommend her to anyone and I will be back to see her. Thank-you so much!!

I’ve been here twice, both times for just a trim. We had two different stylists and both were very nice and did a good job with the haircut. The only issue I experienced was during our second visit, and it was related to pricing. Forgive me if the amounts aren’t exact, but I brought my daughter in for a young lady (under 13) trim and wash. The website listed the price as starting at $48 (taxes included). My daughter has extremely fine hair and only wanted about an inch taken off. When I went to pay, the receptionist told me the total was around $55. I asked why it wasn’t $48, as that was the price I had budgeted for, including tip. It’s already... read full review
