I wanted to share my recent experience with the service team at International Pool & SPA, Oshawa. My pool pump died several days ago and the team was very helpful in selecting the right replacement pump. When connecting the new pump, I realized that the connectors provided with the pump where too small for the existing flexible pipe between the pump and the sand filter - probably the old pipe got bigger over time due to high pressure coming from the pump.
