Wow what an incredible experience! I had the most wonderful massage and facial by Suzanne who completely tailored the experience for my needs focusing on my tight shoulders/back and my dry skin from the winter. So glad I discovered this place after recently moving to Whitby, I will certainly be back!! I feel so pampered and relaxed. Thank you so much Suzanne! :)

I have been to Ignite a number of times now, and my experience is always amazing! When you walk in you are greeted with relaxing music and scents. All of the staff are really peaceful, and welcoming. Their prices are amazing! Very affordable and you truly get the best deal. My face felt so soft and glowing after my last facial! The staff always have good tips and recommendations for skincare.Would recommend to anyone ! Great place for first time facials. They also have enough room for two people in a room if you want to go with friends.

Love love love this spa! Mary is awesome and I was so relaxed and rejuvenated after. I went in Nov 2023 my only regret is I have not been able to return yet! I am looking forward to visiting again!
