I've had alopecia for most of my life and have worn wigs for the majority of my hair loss. I have seen many hair salons and wig boutiques over the years but never truly felt like they understood me and had what i wanted. Then i found Allison online. We had an online consultation (which was completely worth the money) she took the time to listen to me, explained my options and I learnt more from her than i have in my 36years. When we finally met in person she was a delight. The most patient and kind soul. She didnt just find me the perfect wig, she customized it to perfection. The cut and colour was everything and more. She even added baby hairs to create the most natural look. Her studio is warm & welcoming & clean. I could go on with how talented and amazing she is. It was the best experience i've ever had. i didnt want to leave. I would recommend her over and over again to anyone looking for a hairdresser and/or wig master.

Highly recommend Allison and her Holistic Hair Culture! A journey through hair loss, due to cancer treatment, is not one I imagined I'd ever be on. Such a feeling of being lost with so many questions; what will happen, where to go, what to do, and when to do it? Fortunately, I ended up in the one place that answered them all.... Allison's chair!! Because of her years of experience helping other cancer patients and others going through hair loss, I didn't even need to ask any questions, she already knew exactly what I needed to know! With her immense compassion and expertise, she navigated me through the transition of hair loss, every step of the way! She is an amazing human being and an incredible talent!! Getting a cancer diagnosis and going through treatment puts you in a dark and desolate place, but there is always light that shines through. Allison is one such beacon of light and I will be forever grateful for her!!

If I could rate Allison 10 stars I would! She made my first time getting a cut and colour with her so comfortable. She made sure she asked all the questions to get to know me, and to constantly do check ins throughout the whole appointment. She’s the first hairstylist who actually listened to my wants and ideas, and brought my vision to life. She’s absolutely amazing and she’s earned a customer and friend for life!
