I recently used Dymon Storage, Whitby for 6.5 months. I was most impressed by the facility, the lockers, their shop, the hi-tech entrance & lock release system. At end of my term, they offered another two-months usage of a locker, for free! The staff were efficient, friendly & caring. Thank you Dymon for all your help and support.
Good staff, clean well kept facilities. Only reason for 4 stars is the price. Is a little more expensive then some of the competitors but what isn’t expensive these days. Overall if needed another storage unit again I wouldn’t hesitate to use access storage again.
Lindsay helped me into my unit today showed me around and was very pleasant smiled the whole time, the man over the phone was also very nice and answered all my questions and waited patiently for me to get everything I needed, very nice pleasant atmosphere here so far I reserved over the phone but moved in early and they accommodated that for me, overall good price for what you get im happy
