Very knowledgeable gentleman that came in an replaced our hot water on demand. Dana installed ours originally 18 years ago and was here to replace it with the owners son. Couldn’t be happier with the efficiency of the service.
Amazing service again. AC not putting out cool air. Of course during our first heat wave of the summer. Was told they'd try to get here later afternoon. Any time was good by me, as I recently had surgery and not able to go anywhere yet. John arrived within the hour and identified the problem and fixed it right away. Thank you Cullen H & AC, great service again.
Have been dealing with Cullen Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. Oshawa office since they installed our furnace and A/C unit 10 years ago. We get them serviced yearly, and from Maureen, the helpful voice who always answers the phone to John, the service technician we have dealt with the last few years, we couldn't be happier with their professionalism, and helpfullness. We had an A/C problem this morning (the hottest day this year). One phone call to Maureen at 8am, and John was there by 9 am, and solved the problem. We recommend Cullen to anyone looking for a helpful and reputable dealer.
