We couldn't be happier that we found The Plumbing doctor, and will continue to use them for all our future plumbing needs. It was a positive experience right from the initial call. We described our issue and were provided a couple cost options for different situations. Our technician Garrett then arrived and was very polite, professional, hard working, honest, very knowledgeable and had great communication skills. He kept us updated through the entire job process. Overall it was a great experience and if you need a plumber these are the people to call. Thank you very much for the amazing service Plumbing Doctor Team!!!
The Installers faced unexpected problems due to the type of vanity & toilet we had purchased. However, to their great credit, they overcame all difficulties, making amendments and alterations as necessary. It is worth noting that the retailer we purchased these items from had submitted an astronomical quote that indicated they did not want the job at all. Our next project is kitchen reno. and for sure, The Plumbing Doctor will be our first call. And most likely, ONLY call. !! Installers were friendly, cheerful, and hard workers. Kudos to them !!
