Currently am undergoing an insurance claim to get home restoration completed and reached out to Mike at Cornerstone Construction to assess and provide a complete proposal for the scope of work. Mike has been fantastic to work and communciate with. He is extremely detailed and meticulous. Proposal provided in-depth itemized line items for every restoration task. Everything was black and white with no room for confusion. Mike also has been instrumental in helping negotiate with the insurance company. The project was well done, the attention to detail really makes it appear well done.
Mike spends ALL of his time working on your project which makes it extremely easy to meet and review the project as it evolves.
We went ahead and created a finishes list to allow for proper ordering and timing, Mike also gives you a great template to start from, along with ideas on his original scope of what he would do or install. We found this helpful.
