Carl looked after my 2011 Chevy pickup truck that needed Body Work from many years of rust, He then painted many areas of my truck from one end to the other. As well, he did a lot of polishing and repaired many areas that had been scratched. My truck looks brand new. Bravo Carl & his team that did an amazing job.
I was driving to a friend’s cottage last weekend and I heard a strange noise coming from under my car. I pulled off the highway and it looked like a piece of metal was hanging down in the undercarriage. I called Low Down Automotive as they were close and Carl (owner) said all his hoists were occupied but he’d take a look for me. He was able to determine that it was the heat shield that was coming off and that I didn’t need it and he took care of it for me. He was very kind and hospitable and when I asked how much I owed him, he refused payment! He was wonderful! He allayed my fears, took care of the problem and chatted with me and refused to be paid. I was very worried on my own with a full load in my car.His kindness and expertise was so appreciated!
