I was at this clinic recently for an eye exam (followed my optometrist Dr. M.C. Deschenes from Nuvo Eye). I absolutely love her. She is very thorough in her exam and very personable and friendly during the exam. I highly recommend this eye clinic. The staff at the front desk were also very pleasant.

Dr. Gualtieri has been my eye doctor for over 30 years. I have gone to him for glasses, contacts, and am getting my first pair of bifocals this week. He may be older and slower now, but the man knows his stuff from top to bottom. I used to live in Orleans but now I drive in 50 minutes for an appointment at his Orleans clinic.

He has different staff now, and I had no issues contacting his office by phone. If you leave a message, they will call you back promptly.

I have been going to this clinic ever since I was a kid. Great doctor, nice clean clinic, but no one answers the phone anymore. It doesn't matter what time of the day you call or how many times, but the phone always goes to voicemail. Sure, you leave a message and someone will call you back, but the reason why I'm calling at that moment, is because I have a chance to do so. I might not be able to answer the phone at the time the call is returned, which brings us into a game of telephone tag. Please just answer the phone like you used to.
