Purchased my glasses from the Orleans location in December and the service was second to none. From the time I walked in to the time I received the glasses. This was the first time using LensCrafters but it wont be my last.
Last week, I had returned to LensCrafters for not myself, but my aging Mother. Although she is not a client of theirs, the staff was happy to help. Joss took the bull by the horns and assisted us and explained the issue. At the time my Mother did not require new glasses, but does need an upgraded prescription.
