I did not contract with this company. I was asked to send pictures of the area I wanted sodded, was told someone would come on the next Saturday. I sent the pictures & my measurements of the front yard, and was given a quote based on that information. No one came on the Sat. My measurements were larger, therefore the quote was higher. Leo was very nice the phone and did follow-up once while I was still looking at all my options.
